Just recently made a purchase for a Japanese Akita “Mia” and this has to be the best experience that I have had in making a purchase sight unseen and not knowing the breeder. I strictly went with her reputation and very positive customer reviews on her website. At first I was going to go pick her up but had to change plans because of weather problems, she was so gracious that she offered to meet me part way. Plans changed to having her shipped via Airlines, and Minta went far beyond my expectations in communicating with me before, during and after picking up Mia from the airport. Minta was very detailed in keeping me informed and providing me with detailed information in all aspects of the transactions and care of my new Akita. And as for the quality of my Akita I am very pleased, great personality; very social with great temperament and she is very healthy. “This was the second puppy we have purchased from Minta - we have found a breeder who very obviously cares about all her dogs and strives to make sure they go to good homes. I have had Koda for about 3 weeks, he instantly became a valued and entertaining addition to our household (we have one other adult female Akita). He arrived in excellent health, good temperament, and is eager to learn as well as loves meeting new people and dogs - no one can resist asking to pet and play with this snow white Akita, he is the friendly star of the show! I communicated with Minta throughout the entire process (birth of the litter, as the pups grew, and of course as he was preparing to make the journey to his new home) - she was always quick to send updates, pics, answer any questions I had, etc. Overall a very professional and, more importantly, friendly experience - we still communicate and I provide updates on Koda as she is eager to know how the pups and new owners are doing. "I picked my puppy(I named him Junsu) up two weeks ago. He is already completely potty trained(not a mess in three days)! He has a wonderful temperament and he is extremely intelligent. When I picked him up he was adorable and you could just tell he had been well taken care of and loved. I took him to my vet a couple days later and she confirmed he was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this buyer. You can tell she really loves her dogs. She texted me and offered me advice and checked on the my Junsu even after I took him home. She is a true dog lover. She was a wonderful help. I don't regret buying from her at all, and I would happily do so again!"
